VVS RAPID DOORS
VVS Rapid Doors are specially designed to ensure the short door passage time and there by fast, reliable, and safe working conditions. This will result in high efficiency in production and distribution.
Many industries like food processing field is highly influenced by this rapid action doors which ensures, energy savings, high work efficiency and short door passage time.
Safety: VVS rapid doors are having an inbuilt sensor in the bottom seal, which will provide a safe working condition. When any obstacles come in the field of the sensor, the door will stop and returns. All rapid doors are made with national safety regulations.
The door has designed in such a way that the door can easily reintroduces with out repair after a crash to reduce production down time and maintenance.
Fabric Specifications: The door leaves of VVS rapid doors are made up of 1.8mm thick polyester fabric with integrated aluminium ribs, giving resistance to air pressure and moderate wind forces. The crosswire weaving fabric added its resistance to wind and air pressure. The transparent window is resistant to solar radiation by its ultraviolet filter integrated on the fabric. All panels including transparent window are replaceable.
Motor specifications: Direct drive operator with electro-magnetic brake,
Standard 220/380V, 60Hz, 1Hp motor which is strong to use in any enterprise.
It has been designed so that it shall give its full power. By using energy saver EFFI motor the high productivity of which is on the forefront, reduce power loss transforming to heat at the proportion of 45%. Energy saving motors are compatible with EPACT (Energy Policy Act of America 1992) for the 60Hz operating frequency.
