VVS DOCK LEVELER
Dock levelers are perfect at compensating differences in height. They are specially designed to bridge the distance between vehicles and bay, thus eliminate the differences between truck bed and floor. They facilitate a quick and efficient loading and unloading.
VVS HYDRAULIC DOCK LEVELER WITH HINGED LIP
VVS twin cylinder hydraulic Dock leveler is designed for the user who load and unload the goods from all kinds of truck. The dock leveler forms a bridge between the truck and warehouse platform. The forklift drives to truck carriage through the bridge to load and unload the goods which increases the loading and unloading efficiency.
The operation is simple. You push the button till the platform of the dock leveler rise up, then the lip open up and slowly land on the truck. Now you can load and unload goods. When you finish the loading, you push the button again. The leveler replaces itself.
VVS hydraulic dock leveler has basic configuration including much safety function. Once the truck slips off the leveler suddenly during loading process, the pressure transducer can probe this sudden change, the emergency brake valve will start immediately to keep back the leveler move; the twin cylinder system can undertake the forklift and goods firmly to avoid accidents. Toe protection setting can prevent the toe from pinching.
VVS control is simple and maintenance free, which result in a smooth function of the system.
All VVS dock levelers are produced according to standard EN1398.
